Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling, if desired)
  • ¼ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Blend the Oats:
    • First, blend the rolled oats in a food processor until they form a fine, flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the Other Ingredients:
    • Add the frozen raspberries, desiccated coconut, and raisins to the food processor. Then blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Roll into Balls:
    • Then scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  4. Optional – Roll in Coconut:
    • For an extra fun and tasty coating, roll the balls in additional desiccated coconut.
  5. Serve & Enjoy!
    • These bliss balls are ready to eat immediately or can be chilled for a firmer texture.
