Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine, flour-like consistency.
  • Add the frozen raspberries, desiccated coconut, and raisins to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  • For an extra fun and tasty coating, roll the balls in additional desiccated coconut.
  • These bliss balls are ready to eat immediately or can be chilled for a firmer texture.
