One of my favorite hacks for feeding toddlers is to keep meals in the freezer! That way you can batch make them and not have to cook every day. I want to share 4 of my favorite meals that I love to have in the freezer at all times with you! This is sure to make your life SO. MUCH. EASIER. You can find all 4 ideas below, with their recipe attached. I hope you enjoy!

#1: Bean and Cheese Burritos

You can add whatever you want to these basic burrito’s, but these are perfect for the freezer! I love to serve with a side of rice, tomatoes, or avocado! What a quick, easy meal.

I like to use fajita sized flour tortillas. I also buy refried beans in a can and heat them up before I make these! You can easily make a bunch of these at once and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

#2: Mini Pizza

Pizza is an awesome lunch because it is so versatile and you can add so many different toppings! Here’s a hack to add more veggies to this: add pureed carrot into the pizza sauce. You can’t even taste it! I also love to add spinach to the top of our pizzas.

I use mini naan dippers that I find at the store to make these pizzas. You can also use a bagel, normal bread, or a tortilla!

#3: Sandwich roll ups

There are lots of different sandwich roll ups you can make and freeze, but these are my favorite to make! You can take them out in the morning, and within a few hours they will be defrosted and ready to eat!

If you don’t have tortillas, you can also just make these on normal bread. Making these into roll ups makes eating sandwiches so much fun for kids!
