My toddlers are obsessed with hot chocolate, how about yours? I always love to add in nutrition anywhere I can, so that is how this delicious bone broth hot chocolate was created! It might sound weird making it with bone broth, but you can’t even taste it! I hope you love it as much as I do.

Today, we’re bringing you a unique and nutritious twist to a classic favorite – Bone Broth Hot Chocolate. Packed with the goodness of Kettle and Fire Bone Broth, this hot cocoa not only offers warmth and comfort but also provides a protein-packed punch for your little one. Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Kettle and Fire Bone Broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: cinnamon and whipped cream for garnish

- Continue stirring until the chocolate chips are completely melted, and the mixture is smooth.
- Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon for an extra layer of flavor.
- Remove from heat and pour the hot chocolate into toddler-friendly mugs.
Garnish:
Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream for a touch of indulgence. You can also sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top for added flavor.

Bone Broth Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kettle+Fire bone broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips, I like milk chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- optional cinnamon and whipped cream
Instructions
- Add bone broth, milk, syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and vanilla extract to a pot on the stove.
- Cook over medium high heat until all of the chocolate has melted and everything is mixed together nicely.
- When cooking for my toddler I try not to make it too hot. Serve it cinnamon on top and whipped cream if desired!

Love this recipe! Have been trying to get my picky toddler to increase her protein intake and was very skeptical, but I needed bone broth for a dinner recipe so bought some Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth and figured I’d try this as well. Wow, if I didn’t add the bone broth myself I wouldn’t believe it was in there! You don’t taste it at all! More importantly, my toddler didn’t taste it either and happily drank a cup. Was easy and quick to make as well.
