Yogurt Granola Bites

They’re naturally sweetened, packed with protein and fiber, and can be customized with your toddler’s favorite toppings. Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- Yogurt of choice (plain or flavored)
- Toppings: Sprinkles, chopped fruit, granola, or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the Granola Base:
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, honey, and peanut butter until fully combined. - Press into Muffin Tins:
- Use a silicone mini muffin tin or line a regular mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Scoop a small amount of the oat mixture into each muffin cup.
- Press it down firmly with a spoon or your fingers to create a solid base.
- Add Yogurt & Toppings:
- Spoon a small dollop of yogurt onto each granola base.
- Top with sprinkles, fruit, granola, or mini chocolate chips for extra fun!
- Freeze Until Firm:
Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bites are completely set. - Enjoy!
Pop them out of the muffin tin and serve immediately for a cool, refreshing snack!
