Yogurt Granola Bites

They’re naturally sweetened, packed with protein and fiber, and can be customized with your toddler’s favorite toppings. Plus, they’re freezer-friendly, making them a great grab-and-go snack for busy moms!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • Yogurt of choice (plain or flavored)
  • Toppings: Sprinkles, chopped fruit, granola, or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the Granola Base:
    In a large bowl, stir together the oats, honey, and peanut butter until fully combined.
  2. Press into Muffin Tins:
    • Use a silicone mini muffin tin or line a regular mini muffin tin with paper liners.
    • Scoop a small amount of the oat mixture into each muffin cup.
    • Press it down firmly with a spoon or your fingers to create a solid base.
  3. Add Yogurt & Toppings:
    • Spoon a small dollop of yogurt onto each granola base.
    • Top with sprinkles, fruit, granola, or mini chocolate chips for extra fun!
  4. Freeze Until Firm:
    Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bites are completely set.
  5. Enjoy!
    Pop them out of the muffin tin and serve immediately for a cool, refreshing snack!

  • Spoon a small dollop of yogurt onto each granola base.

  • Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bites are completely set.
  • Pop them out of the muffin tin and serve for a refreshing snack!
