These spinach pancakes are one of the only things I know my kids will eat for breakfast! There are super healthy and a pretty green color that your toddler will love! They only have 4 ingredients and are perfect for kids. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Spinach Pancakes


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • optional chocolate chips


  • Add flour and spinach to a food processor or blender. Blend until combined.
  • Mash the bananas. Add the mashed banana and eggs to the blender. Blend just until combined, do not over blend. Add in chocolate chips if desired.
  • Spray a cooking pan. Over medium heat, cook the pancakes on the stove. Cook for a few minutes on each side to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
  • Cool and enjoy!
