- Yogurt- I like the flavor of the yogurt to be vanilla. You can either use normal vanilla yogurt- or you can turn your plain greek yogurt into vanilla yogurt in a healthier way! Recipe below!
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
How To Make
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt onto the parchment paper until its about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle fruit on top and freeze for about 3 hours!
- Break into little pieces and enjoy! Let sit out for your kids for a few minutes before eating so it’s a little softer.
Substitutions
You can use any kind of fruit you want! This recipe is very versatile, so add what ever fruit your toddler loves! You can also add some coconut flakes to the top!
Making Greek Yogurt Vanilla Yogurt
If you want to make a healthier version of vanilla yogurt just mix 2 cups greek yogurt, 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (honey is only for ages 1+), and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Super easy!!
Storage
Store in a ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 3 months!

Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped blueberries
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet until its about 1/4 an inch thick.
- Sprinkle fruit over the yogurt. Freeze for about 3 hours.
- Break into small pieces and enjoy! Let the yogurt bark sit out for a few minutes before feeding to kids so it's a little bit softer.
