Summer in our house means sticky fingers, backyard playdates, and the constant request for something cold and sweet. Instead of reaching for store-bought treats loaded with sugar and additives, I started making these 2-Ingredient Dole Whip Popsicles, and they’ve been a game-changer.
These popsicles are inspired by the classic Dole Whip we all know and love, but with a healthier twist. Made with just frozen pineapple and full-fat coconut milk, they’re creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet. Plus, they’re dairy-free and vegan-friendly, making them a great option for various dietary needs.
What I love most is how easy they are to make. Just blend the two ingredients until smooth, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze. It’s such a fun activity to do with the kids!

This recipe is only 2 ingredients and way better than what you can find at the store! It is so creamy and delicious. Once you blend it, it can be enjoyed as a sorbet, or as a popsicle! It’s up to you.

I have a question about your recipe for Dole Whip Popsicles. What size can of Coconut Milk do you use and do you chill in the refrigerator before you make it?
Thank you,
Karen Merritt
13.5 ounce can, and you don’t chill before!
Super yummy. We even added sprinkles for fun!
