Who doesn’t love dole whip?? Your toddler will love these healthy popsicles! They are so refreshing on a hot summer day.

This recipe is only 2 ingredients and way better than what you can find at the store! It is so creamy and delicious. Once you blend it, it can be enjoyed as a sorbet, or as a popsicle! It’s up to you.

What You Will Need

  1. Frozen pineapple- I buy it at the store!
  2. Coconut milk- full fat is best!

How To Make

  1. Place frozen pineapple and coconut in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. You can stop right here and eat it as a sorbet, which is delicious! Or, you can place the pineapple blend into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. I bought THESE molds.
  3. Run warm water over the silicone to get the popsicle out of the mold.

Storage

Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months! Either keep in the silicone mold or in a ziplock bag.

  1. I have a question about your recipe for Dole Whip Popsicles. What size can of Coconut Milk do you use and do you chill in the refrigerator before you make it?
