Who doesn’t love dole whip?? Your toddler will love these healthy popsicles! They are so refreshing on a hot summer day.
This recipe is only 2 ingredients and way better than what you can find at the store! It is so creamy and delicious. Once you blend it, it can be enjoyed as a sorbet, or as a popsicle! It’s up to you.
What You Will Need
- Frozen pineapple- I buy it at the store!
- Coconut milk- full fat is best!
How To Make
- Place frozen pineapple and coconut in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- You can stop right here and eat it as a sorbet, which is delicious! Or, you can place the pineapple blend into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. I bought THESE molds.
- Run warm water over the silicone to get the popsicle out of the mold.
Storage
Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months! Either keep in the silicone mold or in a ziplock bag.

I have a question about your recipe for Dole Whip Popsicles. What size can of Coconut Milk do you use and do you chill in the refrigerator before you make it?
Thank you,
Karen Merritt
13.5 ounce can, and you don’t chill before!
