These cheese crackers are just like Cheese It’s, but homemade and a lot healthier! Within 15-20 minutes you can have healthy cheese crackers for your toddler.

These cheese crackers are a good source of healthy fats and protein! They are a great snack and are super easy.

What You Will Need

  1. Shredded cheddar cheese
  2. Almond flour blanched- my favorite is Kirkland Almond Flour at Costco.

Storage

You can store these on the counter for about 3 days. Put in the refrigerator to make them last longer.

Notes

-If the cracker gets less crispy after sitting out awhile, you can always place them back in the oven for 5 minutes.

-You cannot use any other type of flour, as it is more dry.

2 Ingredient Cheese Crackers

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Add almond flour and shredded cheddar cheese to a food processor. Blend together. Add 1 tbsp of water if its too crumbly.
  • Transfer mixture onto parchment paper (kind of squeeze it a little so it sticks together). Place another piece of parchment paper on top and flatten as thin as you can get it.
  • Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into squares.
  • Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes. Let sit after as the crackers will get more crispy.
