Snack time can often feel like a balancing act—finding something that’s quick to prepare, nutritious, and appealing to little ones. These 2 Ingredient Cheese Crackers have become a go-to in our household. They’re incredibly simple to make, requiring just almond flour and shredded cheddar cheese, yet they deliver a satisfying crunch and rich flavor that both kids and adults enjoy.
What I love most about this recipe is its versatility. Why These Cheese Crackers are Great for Toddlers

Nutritious – Made with almond flour and cheddar cheese, they’re a good source of protein and healthy fats.
Kid-Friendly – The cheesy flavor and crunchy texture make them a hit with children.

Customizable – Feel free to add herbs or spices to the dough for an extra flavor boost.
Ingredients
1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Almond flour blanched- my favorite is Kirkland Almond Flour at Costco.
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a food processor, combine the almond flour and shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until the mixture forms a dough. If it’s too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of water to help it come together.
3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out as thinly as possible.
4. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
5. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
7. Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet; they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
Storage
Store the cooled 2 ingredient cheese crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator.
Notes
-If the cracker gets less crispy after sitting out awhile, you can always place them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
-You cannot use any other type of flour, as it is more dry.
