- Mozzarella cheese
- Spinach- love making spinach pesto vs basil pesto
- Parmesan
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil

- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (besides the crescent roll and mozzarella cheese)
- Lay out the crescent roll triangles and spread pesto.
- Add mozzarella to each triangle.
- Roll up each one.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned.

- 1 tsp garlic

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- To make the spinach pesto, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (besides the crescent roll and mozzarella cheese)
- Lay out each crescent roll triangle, spread pesto and mozzarella on each, and roll it up.
- Lay out on a baking sheet, and cook for 9-10 minutes.
