if i have extra pesto leftover, can i save it and for how long?
Yes! In the fridge for 5 days, and in the freezer for 6 months!
Do you think this would work in the pinwheel style v. the triangles?
Yes!
My 14 month old loves the spinach pesto! In addition to making it on the crescent rolls, I also toss pasta in the spinach pesto and he loves it! Huge plus that it’s also easy and quick to make.
I am assuming to use shredded mozzarella cheese?
Yes!
