These adorable bite-sized treats are easy to make, customizable, and perfect for satisfying cravings. Let’s dive into how to whip up a batch of these delicious Mini Bagel Bites that your toddler and the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • Cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning (for coating)
  • Cream cheese (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate the ingredients and form a sticky dough.
  2. Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, then divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into a ball between your palms. The dough may still be slightly sticky, but wet hands will help prevent it from sticking too much.
  4. Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, roll each ball in your choice of coating – cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning – ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the coated dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one to allow for even cooking.
  7. Air fry the Mini Bagel Bites for 13-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Once cooked, remove the Mini Bagel Bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve the Mini Bagel Bites with a side of creamy cream cheese for dipping.
