Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- Cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning (for coating)
- Cream cheese (for dipping)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate the ingredients and form a sticky dough.
- Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, then divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into a ball between your palms. The dough may still be slightly sticky, but wet hands will help prevent it from sticking too much.
- Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, roll each ball in your choice of coating – cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning – ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the coated dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one to allow for even cooking.
- Air fry the Mini Bagel Bites for 13-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the Mini Bagel Bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve the Mini Bagel Bites with a side of creamy cream cheese for dipping.

Hi! How would I bake in a conventional oven? These look delish!
So good! My husband and lil one loved it
Could these be baked in the oven if you do not have an air fryer!? Looks great!
Super easy and tasteful! Thank you
These are sooo good and so easy to make!
Super yummy. The tang from the Greek yogurt makes them taste like sourdough (which we love) came out perfect first try
Made these and the dough was VERY sticky, even with wet hands! I recommend using two spoons like with cookie dough…and if substituting for self rising flour (I used 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda) DON’T use salt or maybe just half the salt because mine were VERY salty, but still good 🙂 Will be making again!
I’m glad you ended up liking them! As far as the salt, I think you have the baking powder and salt switched. It’s 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Maybe that will help!
Can you make these in the oven? Also can you freeze?
