How to Make Coconut Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Assorted fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • Coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Fill the popsicle molds with the chopped fruit. Fill all the way to the top.
  3. If desired, you can squish the fruit slightly to release more flavor.
  4. Pour coconut water into the popsicle molds, filling them all the way to the top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Store any leftover popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can also use small paper cups and wooden popsicle sticks as an alternative. Simply peel away the paper cup before serving.
