Simple Ingredients – With just peanut butter, maple syrup, almond or oat flour, and chocolate chips, this recipe is straightforward and uses pantry staples.

Healthier Choice – These eggs are a bit healthier than traditional store-bought versions, with natural sweeteners and the option to use allergy-friendly ingredients.

What You Will Need

  1. 1.5 cups Peanut butter- I use smooth

  3. 2 tbsp Almond or oat flour– don’t use all purpose as it isn’t meant to be eaten raw.
  4. 1 cup Chocolate chips- you can choose any kind you want (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, semi sweet, etc)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and flour. Mix until smooth.

2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the peanut butter mixture and roll into balls. Flatten each ball into an egg shape.

3. Place the shaped eggs in the refrigerator while you melt the chocolate.

4. Melt the chocolate chips in a pot over low heat on the stove or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.

5. Using a fork, dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.

6. Place the coated eggs back onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
