Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic cloves to the baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and lightly roasted.
While the vegetables cook, prepare the alphabet pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
When the vegetables are done, add them to a blender with the heavy cream and vegetable broth. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended soup base into a bowl or pot and stir in the cooked alphabet noodles. Add as many noodles as you like. For a more traditional soup, use fewer noodles. For little kids, using more noodles can make the soup easier to eat and less soupy.
