Servings: 4
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 bag chocolate chips
Mix yogurt and diced strawberries in a bowl until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a spoon to scoop the yogurt mixture into round, popsicle-like mounds (about 2–3 tablespoons each).
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
Once frozen, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip the frozen yogurt pops into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over the top — your choice!
Place the popsicles back onto the tray and return to the freezer until the chocolate sets (about 15–20 minutes).
Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding to avoid melting the yogurt.
