Ingredients

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until they are smooth and free of lumps. Add the rolled oats, nut butter, and strawberries. Mix until smooth.
  • Grease a muffin tin with a bit of oil or use silicone muffin cups to prevent sticking.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 of the way. Press down slightly to compact the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the oat cups are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Allow the Strawberry Oat Cups to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Make sure the bananas are well-mashed for a smoother batter and even texture.
Press the mixture firmly into the muffin cups to help them hold their shape after baking.
These oat cups are flexible—enjoy them as a quick breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert option. Feel free to serve them with some fruit or yogurt.
