Raspberry Yogurt Bites

Prep Time1 minute
Freeze Time4 hours
Course: Snack
Cuisine: American
Keyword: Raspberry, Yogurt
Servings: 12 bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice plain or vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips you could leave out the chocolate for younger toddlers or even do peanut butter.

Instructions

  • Start by mashing the raspberries in a bowl.
  • Add the yogurt to the mashed raspberries and stir until well combined.
  • Line a mini muffin tin with liners or use a silicone muffin pan. This makes it easy to pop the bites out once they're frozen.
  • Scoop the raspberry yogurt mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  • Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt bites are completely set.
  • Once the bites are frozen, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top of each bite. Return to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate is set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, remove the yogurt bites from the muffin tin and serve immediately, or store them in the freezer for later. Wait 1-2 minutes before removing the bites from the liners so the paper doesn't stick.
