Raspberry Oat Bites

These soft, fruity Raspberry Oat Bites are made with mashed banana, oats, and fresh raspberries for a naturally sweet, toddler-friendly snack. With no added sugar (unless you choose to include a touch of maple syrup), they’re perfect for babies and young kids. Easy to prep in one bowl and freezer-friendly, they make a great breakfast side, lunchbox add-in, or quick snack on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional-omit for babies
  • 1 1/2 cup raspberries mashed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Mix all ingredients together besides the raspberries.
  • Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into each mini muffin tin, pressing down to create a well in the center.
  • Add mashed raspberry to the center of eat oat bite.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
  • Let cool to harden a bit more and enjoy!

Notes

Texture options: Serve whole for older toddlers or mash into yogurt or oatmeal for younger babies.
Meal prep friendly: The batter freezes well—scoop into cups, freeze flat, then zip into a bag for ready-to-bake portions later!
