Protein Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cups oat flour just blend rolled oats until fine

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and oat flour.
  • Mix everything together until a smooth batter forms.
  • Spoon the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before serving to toddlers.
