Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Warm a soft tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Let the tortilla cool slightly, then spread a thin, even layer of peanut butter over the entire surface.
  • Arrange thinly sliced strawberries evenly on top of the peanut butter layer.
  • Carefully roll-up the tortilla.
  • Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-1.5 inches wide, and serve!

Notes

Using ripe, fresh strawberries makes a big difference in sweetness and softness. These also taste great with sliced banana.
Cutting the roll-ups with a sharp knife helps keep the pieces neat and prevents squishing.
