Peanut Butter Oat Bites

These peanut butter oat bites are the perfect no-bake snack for toddlers and families. Made with simple ingredients like oats, peanut butter, and honey, then topped with a rich chocolate layer, they’re chewy, satisfying, and freezer-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin tin, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  • Melt chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second intervals).
  • Pour melted chocolate over the oat mixture in each muffin cup.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until set.
  • Pop them out of the muffin tin and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave or over a double boiler to avoid burning.
If your nut butter is very thick, microwave it for a few seconds to make mixing easier.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
