Peanut Butter Oat Bites
These peanut butter oat bites are the perfect no-bake snack for toddlers and families. Made with simple ingredients like oats, peanut butter, and honey, then topped with a rich chocolate layer, they’re chewy, satisfying, and freezer-friendly.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin tin, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Melt chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second intervals).
Pour melted chocolate over the oat mixture in each muffin cup.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until set.
Pop them out of the muffin tin and enjoy!
Make sure to melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave or over a double boiler to avoid burning.
If your nut butter is very thick, microwave it for a few seconds to make mixing easier.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
