- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- Dash of cardamom
Nut-free version: Sunflower seed butter works great here.
Dairy-free: We love using oat milk or almond milk.
