This delicious peanut butter and jelly smoothie has the amazing flavor of PB&J, plus a helping of cauliflower that you can't taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • Dash of cardamom

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Nut-free version: Sunflower seed butter works great here.
Dairy-free: We love using oat milk or almond milk.
Extra protein: Add a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt or a kid-friendly protein powder.
Freeze it: Pour leftovers into popsicle molds for a frozen snack later on.
