Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp oat or almond flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and flour and mix until smooth.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out peanut butter mixture and roll into balls. Flatten into egg shape.
  • Refrigerate while you melt the chocolate.
  • Add chocolate to a pot and cook on the stove on low until melted. Or you can melt in microwave for 30 second increments until melted.
  • Using a fork, dip the peanut butter eggs into the chocolate and coat.
  • Refrigerate again until everything is set. Store in fridge.
