PB&J Oat Cups

These PB&J oat cups are a fun, toddler-friendly snack or breakfast made with simple ingredients and classic flavor kids love!

Ingredients

Oat Layer

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Jelly Layer

  • 1/2 cup your favorite jelly

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Start by lining a muffin tin with muffin liners for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey, and peanut butter for the oat layer. Mix until well combined.
  • Scoop a spoonful of the oat mixture into each muffin tin and press down firmly to create a compact base layer.
  • Next, add a scoop of your favorite jelly or jam on top of the oat layer in each muffin tin.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and melted coconut oil for the peanut butter layer until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the jelly layer in each muffin tin, covering the entire surface.
  • Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the PB&J Oat Cups to freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Once they are set, you can enjoy the PB&J Oat Cups!

Notes

Ensure the oat layer is firmly pressed into the muffin tin to help the cups hold together.
For easier removal, use silicone muffin liners or lightly grease paper liners.
Customize the jelly layer with your favorite flavors or homemade jam.
These oat cups are perfect for meal prep; make a batch and store them in the freezer for quick snacks.
