Mini Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate the ingredients and form a sticky dough.
  • Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, then divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece of dough into a ball between your palms. The dough may still be slightly sticky, but wet hands will help prevent it from sticking too much.
  • Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, roll each ball in your choice of coating – cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning – ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the coated dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one to allow for even cooking.
  • Air fry the Mini Bagel Bites for 13-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, remove the Mini Bagel Bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Serve the Mini Bagel Bites with a side of creamy cream cheese for dipping.
