Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Peel and mash the bananas in a medium bowl until very smooth.
  • In small microwave-safe bowls, melt both the peanut butter and coconut oil in short 15–20 second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and pourable.
  • Add the melted peanut butter and coconut oil to the mashed bananas. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into mini silicone cup molds. I use these molds!
  • Place the molds on a tray and freeze for 1 hour, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Pop the fudge out of the molds and serve immediately

Notes

Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the sweetest flavor.
These fudge bites are soft-set, not hard like ice cubes, which makes them easy for toddlers to chew.
Add-ins like a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few mini chocolate chips on top before freezing are fun options for older kids.
