Freezer Waffles
Servings: 10 Mini waffles
- 1.5 cups all purpose or whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Add a scoop of batter to the waffle maker and cook for about 2–3 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Let waffles cool completely on a wire rack before freezing.
