Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and form a cohesive mixture.
  • Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to roll the dough into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Serve right away or chill in the fridge!
