Coconut Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Chopped fruit raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc
  • Coconut Water

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  • Fill the popsicle molds with the chopped fruit all the way to the top. If desired, you can squish the fruit slightly to release more flavor.
  • Pour coconut water into the popsicle molds, filling them all the way to the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
