In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water (use the empty marinara sauce jar to measure), chicken pieces (chop it with scissors straight into the dish), and seasonings. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta.
Cover the dish again with foil and return it to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
