Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups Cheerios
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, place the Cheerios or 3 Wishes cereal. Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the cereal and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the cereal mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to press the mixture down firmly until it is smooth and compacted.
  • Refrigerate the Cereal Bars for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm and set.
  • Once chilled, slice the bars into squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

Press firmly into the pan (use parchment paper and a spatula) so bars hold their shape once chilled.
Chill time matters: Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes before slicing to prevent crumble.
Storage tips: Store bars in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Use parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
