Bean and Cheese Burritos

refried beans

shredded cheddar cheese

(I use fajita size flour tortillas)
Instructions
Transfer refried beans to a microwavable bowl. Warm up refried beans in the microwave (about 30 seconds to a minute).
Lay tortillas out. On one side, place refried beans. Add cheese on top. Starting on one side, roll the burrito up.
Place the burritos in a pan on the stove. Over medium heat, cook each side until slightly browned and the burrito stays together.
Eat right away, or store in the freezer up to 3 months.
TO DEFROST
Take burrito out of the freezer and defrost for about 30 seconds in the microwave.
