Peel bananas. Slice them in the middle, and then slice those lengthwise.
Make pancake mix by mixing the flour, milk, and egg.
Dip bananas in the batter.
Cook in a pan on the stove on both sides until pancake batter is cooked. Another option to cook is to air fry for 10 minutes at 350 F.
I love to serve with melted peanut butter. Just microwave a spoonful of peanut butter for about 30 seconds!
