3 Ingredient Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  • Form mixture into nuggets.
  • Air fry at 350 F for about 13 mins or until golden brown.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake in the oven at 400 F for 13 mins or until golden brown.

Notes

You can rinse the chicken under water first to remove some of the sodium.
Store in the fridge for 3 days, and the freezer for 3 months.
