canned chicken

mozzarella or parmesan cheese
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
Form mixture into nuggets.
Air fry at 350 F for about 13 mins or until golden brown.
If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake in the oven at 400 F for 13 mins or until golden brown.
Notes
You can rinse the chicken under water first to remove some of the sodium.
Store in the fridge for 3 days, and the freezer for 3 months.
