These simple 3-Ingredient Pancakes are soft, naturally sweet, and just right for toddlers. Made with banana, egg, and flour, they cook up quickly into mini pancakes that are easy for little hands to hold and fun to eat. A great go-to for baby-led weaning or a no-fuss weekday breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Mash the banana.
  • Add an egg and flour to the mashed banana. Mix until smooth.
  • Spray a pan with cooking spray. Over low heat, cook pancakes on both sides until cooked through. Enjoy!

Notes
