3 Ingredient Chicken Nuggets

These 3-ingredient chicken nuggets are crispy, tender, and easy to make, perfect for a simple, homemade meal the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chicken canned
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  • Form mixture into nuggets.
  • Air fry at 350 F for about 13 mins or until golden brown.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake in the oven at 400 F for 13 mins or until golden brown.

Notes

You can rinse the chicken under water first to remove some of the sodium.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, and the freezer for 3 months.
Fresh or rotisserie chicken can be used as a substitute for canned chicken. If using rotisserie chicken, consider adding a bit of olive oil or chicken broth to maintain moisture. Ensure the chicken is finely shredded or processed for the best texture.​
