Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add almond flour and shredded cheddar cheese to a food processor. Blend together. Add 1 tbsp of water if its too crumbly.
Transfer mixture onto parchment paper (kind of squeeze it a little so it sticks together). Place another piece of parchment paper on top and flatten as thin as you can get it.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into squares.
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes. Let sit after as the crackers will get more crispy.
