Zucchini Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta whatever shape you prefer
  • 10 oz bag frozen zucchini
  • 10 oz bag frozen broccoli
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Steam the vegetables according to package instructions until tender.
  • In a blender, combine the steamed zucchini, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix the blended veggie sauce with the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
  • Serve warm, adding extra parmesan on top if desired.
