Toddler Constipation Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 cup juice prune, apple, or pear juice
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water (optional if you want a thinner consistency)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen blueberries, pear, juice, ground flaxseed, yogurt, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
