Thick Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add the milk to your blender first.
  • Add all the frozen fruit on top.
  • Start blending on low speed.
  • At first, the mixture will look crumbly and dry — this is exactly what you want. Stop and scrape down the sides often.
  • Continue blending, scraping, and only add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time if needed until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • The mixture should be very thick, not pourable. Add your toppings and enjoy!
