Add the milk to your blender first.
Add all the frozen fruit on top.
Start blending on low speed.
At first, the mixture will look crumbly and dry — this is exactly what you want. Stop and scrape down the sides often.
Continue blending, scraping, and only add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time if needed until it becomes smooth and creamy.
The mixture should be very thick, not pourable. Add your toppings and enjoy!
