Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk any kind
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • toppings of choice: strawberries, blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a sheet pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Add your favorite toppings to the pancake batter, distributing them evenly across the surface.
  • Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into squares or rectangles. Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite pancake toppings.
