Ingredients

  • 16 oz Fully cooked chicken sausage cut into rounds
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes quartered
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 Bag frozen green beans
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken sausage into rounds, quarter the baby potatoes, and dice the onion.
  • Place the chicken sausage, potatoes, onion, frozen green beans, and minced garlic in the slow cooker. Pour the broth over the top, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 5 hours. By the end of the cooking time, the potatoes will be tender, and the sausage and vegetables will have soaked up all the savory flavors.
  • Let the dish cool slightly and serve. Don't forget to cut the sausage smaller for toddlers!
