Raspberry Oat Bars

These soft-baked Raspberry Oat Bars are bursting with fruity flavor and whole grain goodness—perfect for toddlers and easy to pack in lunchboxes. Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add oats, peanut butter, and raspberries. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the bars are set and slightly golden around the edges.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into bars or squares.
  • For added sweetness, drizzle with honey before serving to toddlers over 1 year old.
