  • 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

Raspberry Chia Jam

  • In a pot over medium-high heat, combine frozen raspberries, water, and honey.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer.
  • Add chia seeds and let the mixture thicken for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Raspberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Roll out the crescent dough and ensure there are no spaces between the seams.
  • Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Spoon the homemade raspberry chia jam over the cream cheese layer.
  • Starting from one side, carefully roll up the dough to form a log. Cut the log into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place the cut pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring some space between each piece.Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until the pinwheels are golden brown.
