Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, egg, milk, pizza sauce, baking powder, shredded cheese, and chopped pepperoni. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Preheat your waffle maker and grease it lightly with cooking spray or butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker (depending on its size) and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden and crispy.
  • Let the waffles cool slightly before serving. Use extra pizza sauce for dipping.
