Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steamed carrot
  • 1/4 cup steamed cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind will work
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Steam your veggies (I like to use the microwave to steam frozen bags)
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
  • Dip HIPPEAS chickpea puffs into this yummy dip!
