Healthy Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use your hands and combine the mixture into a big ball.
  • Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and place the cookie dough ball in the dish. Use your fingers to flatten to dough out and fill the whole dish.
  • Chill for 30 minutes. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Do not sub all purpose flour, as it is not meant to be eaten raw!
