Healthy Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas the riper the better
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all 4 ingredients together.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Cook for 13 minutes. The cookies may seem mushy or like they aren't cooked, but they continue hardening as the cool.
  • Let sit for at least 10-15 minutes to cool and for the cookies to finish setting all the way.
