Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter melted

Instructions

  • Slice the banana into 1/4-1/2 inch slices
  • Add muffin liners to a mini muffin pan, or use silicone mini muffin pan
  • Place 1 banana slice in each muffin tin
  • Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, until smooth and pourable
  • Pour a layer of peanut butter over each banana slice
  • Freeze for 1 hour, or until peanut butter is firm, and then serve!

Notes

Use a slightly overripe banana for extra sweetness and softness.
Serve these banana bites with a drizzle of chocolate or a side of yogurt!
