greek yogurt, plain, or vanilla

orange juice
Instructions
Place the frozen carrots, mango chunks, banana, yogurt, and orange juice in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more orange juice or water to reach your desired consistency.
Once smooth, pour the carrot smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
