Easy Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt greek yogurt, plain, or vanilla
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  • Place the frozen carrots, mango chunks, banana, yogurt, and orange juice in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more orange juice or water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Once smooth, pour the carrot smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
